Junior Support Engineer (Zoho CRM preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Must have Zoho experience
  • Administer the Sales CRM
  • Implement, manage and monitor users, sales territories and account assignment rules at the business' direction.
  • Manage and monitor automated communications originating from the CRM (ie SMS, Email)
  • Manage and monitor the CRMs communication with Marketing, Production, Accounting, Calendering, Email and other systems in the enterprise.
  • Configure and manage sales compensation and incentive algorithms and reporting at the direction of the business.
  • Deliver sales forecasting and reporting data as requested
  • Having Zoho administration certification, if not then they will require to attain that first in first week of the job
