Job Overview : This role involves activities and work related to customer retention and churn reduction. Major focus is on analysis, data extraction, reporting and managing / monitoring churn related activities. Responsibilities :

  • Analysis & extraction of daily / weekly / monthly churn related data & information
  • Develop and monitor initiatives and activities to manage churn and related follow-up
  • Reporting and evaluation of churn related initiatives
  • Preparation of presentations & documents related to churn management
  • Monitoring and follow-up of retention campaigns & churn management activities, attention to detail
  • Coordination with other departments for churn reduction and customer retention activities
  • Required Expertise :

  • Hands on experience of modelling high volumes of data spanning multiple systems for churn and customer retention in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence self-service tools, data warehousing and ad hoc analysis (excel)
  • Experience of managing effective data visualizations, forecasting, dashboards and reports
  • Ability to work & interface with other teams / departments such as BI / Analytics, commercial, finance & other stakeholders
  • Should have adequate knowledge of telecom and digital business environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Qualification :

  • Professional degree Business Administration, Computer Sciences or Engineering
  • Experience :

  • 4-6 years of experience in the relevant field.
