Lesaffre has been selling its products to Pakistan for the last 40 years. The Market Sales Manager will support our customers business development.
Under Overseas Region and report to Indian Sub-Continent Area Sales Manager, this position will cover the Pakistan & Afghanistan market.
Position based in KARACHI in Pakistan, business trip to plan to Afghanistan once a month.
Develop sales performance of LESAFFRE according to company strategy and price policy
Acquire a deep market knowledge : competitors / distribution / end users / all other stakeholders
Imagine all the needed marketing initiatives to strengthen the market position of Lesaffre for all the segments of bread making
Train and develop the sales and technical skills of all LESAFFRE distributors
Build the right networking relationship within the Bread making world .
Develop the image of Lesaffre to key customers. Secure a synergetic approach by coordinating the Lesaffre supports and develop new specific solutions in response to the local requirements
Define the sale budget each year with his Area Sales Manager and provide regular business report.
Graduated in Marketing & Sales or Business Administration and a previous 5-10 years’ experience in a comparable position in both Pakistan and Afghanistan
Fluent in standard English
Self-managing abilities essential, ability to prioritize and organize tasks
Good interpersonal relations, ability for building nice relationships with different partners (distributors, clients)
Innovative with a strong desire to achieve
Self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
Knowledge of the Baking Industry will be appreciated
