Position PurposeThe Associate Alliance Manager is responsible for partnership excellence, assisting Avtex a TTEC Digital Company in managing the global growth strategy with Microsoft.
The Associate Alliance Manager will work closely with the Alliance, Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to execute on strategic growth initiatives and go to market with Microsoft.
Key Accountabilitieso Strategize with Global Alliance Manager (Microsoft) on initiatives with Microsofto Accelerate sales engagement with Microsoft Work closely with Avtex sales team to identify co-selling opportunities with licensing potential and maintain accurate pipeline in applicable systems Maintain data alignment between internal systems and Microsoft managed accounts to enable account-based marketing and enable deeper relationships with Microsoft sellers Partner with Finance, Sales Operations and other business functions to ensure effective and impactful execution of Microsoft investment programs Create consistency and alignment between Avtex amp;
Microsoft co-sell motions including co-sell dayso Maximize Microsoft partner attribution Ability to independently analyze Microsoft partner attribution and identify actions to ensure all potential product revenue is recognized Communicate with internal sales and PMO teams to complete any required actions and proactively open, manage and escalate support tickets with Microsofto Empower the go-to-market strategy with Microsoft Coordinate with marketing, sales leadership and go to market leads on consistent, on-brand messaging Facilitate publishing of offers in Microsoft AppSource Support expansion into additional geographieso Work with Consulting amp;
Delivery to ensure there is an actionable upskilling plan in place to satisfy Microsoft Competencies, Advanced Specializations and new product releaseso Provide monthly and quarterly reporting related to Microsoft programs and investments for management reviews Improve organizational health o Drive process improvements between the organization and Microsoft programso Partner effectively with cross functional areas of the business to accelerate optimum partnershipCompetencies · Personal : Strong interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm, integrity and honesty, flexible, results oriented, resourceful, problem solving ability, deal effectively with difficult situations, ability to prioritize.

This includes technical skills and job / industry knowledge.· Advanced MS Excel, MS Word amp; strong MS One Note skills · Understanding of Microsoft product offerings specifically in Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Azure Data amp;

Demonstrated drive to deliver high levels of customer experience and satisfaction.Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field preferred· At least 5 years of Sales or Delivery Operations experience, preferably in a professional services environment · At least 3 years of Financial Reporting or Analysis experience GU1 · 3+ years Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem SI, ISV, Reseller· Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will work primarily in an office environment.
