JR7100 Technical Product Manager, Managed NAND
As a TPM for Managed NAND products, at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for interacting with product development teams and customers for Managed NAND products including communication and change management.
You will be responsible for managing programs that consist of multiple complex projects to achieve specific business goals and objectives while ensuring balance in allocation of resources.
You will assure accurate design and tracking of programs to predict results and outcomes critical to success. In this role, you will be accountable for resolution of all issues related to the sustaining products.
You will also provide metrics and reporting as applicable to your products.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Manage Program Teams and Stakeholders
Identify Stakeholders and manage expectations
Collect and document stakeholder requirements I
identify and resolve issues and conflicts
Communicate program expectations to team members and stakeholders
Maintain program support through interaction with senior leaders
Oversee Program Governance
Develop program scope definition and approval
Set metrics and targets
Manage program definition and approval
Initiate and Plan Programs
Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
Define alignment of programs to BU strategic objectives
Plan and schedule program timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel Execute, Monitor / Control and Close Programs
Identify and manage program dependencies
Track program milestones and deliverables
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Manage changes in program scope

Education Required - Bachelors Degree in an Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in a cross functional development position within Managed NAND or an SSD Engineering function.
Candidate must have a broad view of Firmware, Validation, Process and experience working with our BU teams.
Strong understanding of NAND based system storage development, including Firmware and Validation
Excellent organization, communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in a very fast paced environment and adapt to daily changes
The drive to investigate root-cause and provide corrective action for system inefficiencies
Attention to detail, organizational skill and the ability to balance multiple projects
