Job Description

  • Provide technical support via email and calls
  • Provide support to fellow support members
  • Provide / run moderate to advanced reports for catalog for customers and sales reps
  • Run coverage for pre-sales
  • Respond to basic integration questions
  • Provide pre-sales support and independently manage customer accounts
  • Required Skills :

  • Advanced Database knowledge on MS SQL, mySQL, Oracle database models
  • Independently solve customer technical issues on product content integrations
  • Advanced understanding of programming / scripting language Python, Bash, JavaScript, PHP, Windows command line
  • Advanced knowledge of API calls (REST / SOAP)
  • Moderate to Advanced understanding of Windows and Linux
  • Process Automation skills to improve team’s efficiency
  • WordPress and documentation website maintenance skills
