We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Business Development Manager - HomeChefs for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the Regional Sales Manager - South.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead-generation of home-based chefs.
  • Sign up home-based chefs (50%field visit). KPI : 50 monthly sign-ups.
  • Research accounts, do lead generation, identify stakeholders / decision makers and generate interest about Foodpanda with a solid pitch.
  • Understand Home-based chef needs and requirements.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPI’s. You don’t mind being measured against specific goals. You’ll want to crush these goals.
  • Track all sales activities through the Salesforce.
  • What we are looking for :

  • Must be a Master’s / Bachelor’s or equivalent from a reputed university(MBA would be preferred)
  • 2 years sales experience.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • You don’t miss the details.
  • You are a natural hustler.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • You have a passion for what we’re building.
