We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Business Development Manager - HomeChefs for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!
The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.
This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the Regional Sales Manager - South.
Lead-generation of home-based chefs.
Sign up home-based chefs (50%field visit). KPI : 50 monthly sign-ups.
Research accounts, do lead generation, identify stakeholders / decision makers and generate interest about Foodpanda with a solid pitch.
Understand Home-based chef needs and requirements.
Meet weekly and monthly KPI’s. You don’t mind being measured against specific goals. You’ll want to crush these goals.
Track all sales activities through the Salesforce.
What we are looking for :
Must be a Master’s / Bachelor’s or equivalent from a reputed university(MBA would be preferred)
2 years sales experience.
Fluency in English is a must.
