Main Purpose :
The main purpose of the sales role is to manage the sales of existing Retail outlets of product portfolio and to build a robust sales pipeline within the sales territory in order to meet sales and profitability targets

Maintaining and increasing sales and margin of your company's assigned area
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Servicing the needs of your existing customers
Increasing business opportunities through new sites / customers
Allocating sales targets for each dealer of your assigned area.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies of the company.
Monitoring your sites performance and motivating dealers to reach or exceed their individual targets
Compiling and analysing sales figures
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Feeding the company and keeping up to date with customer feedback and competition dynamic.

Sales Growth, Area specific targets are set for fuel and other products
Engagement, Achieve 100% attendance at cross functional team meetings
Wet stock Management
Customer (outside) : Influence, Inform, Explain and Negotiate to grow new business
Manage Territory : Inform, Explain and Negotiate win-win outcomes for all parties
Customer Service Dept : Inform, Explain, Influence how a task may be undertaken to meet customer requirements
Transport and Scheduling : Inform, Negotiate, Explain unique delivery requirements
Finance Department (Accounting, Credit, AP) : Inform , Negotiate, Explain and Influence decisions to gain best outcomes for the Business balanced with the needs of the customer
HSE Team : Inform and explain customer requirements
Asset Services : Inform and explain of customer requirements
Major Tenders Team : Inform, Explain, Influence, Negotiate concessions on contract exceptions
Contractors and Service providers : Inform, Negotiate, Explain problem
Preferred Education :
Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Logistics
Sales and Negotiation skills development program
Experience & Skills
Interested candidates passionate to grow in Oil Marketing Sector with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Retail sales of any reputable Oil Marketing Company would be preferred.
