Kier are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction Western & Wales team in Oxford to manage the commercial resources of projects to maximise cashflow and margin.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Oxford, you will assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Groups policies for risk management, whilst also supporting the project team with commercial and contractual expertise.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will prepare and present monthly cost reports, value works executed by Sub-Contractors and certify interim and final payments.
What do we need from you?
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience.
You will have proven experience in managing the commercials over the full project lifecycle and will be experienced in both JCT & NEC forms of contract.
We will also need you to be educated to degree level, or equivalent experience, and have proven experience in a similar role.
