The Channel Lead will be part of the Marketing Team, and manage Retailo's social media channels with an aim to grow the social community, through audience engagement & innovative campaigns. What You'll Do :

Develop social media calendars

Research & understand the consumer, competition, industry trends and social media dynamics

Set monthly & quarterly targets for channel expansion

Execute social media campaigns in alignment with brand and commercial teams

Develop the right social communities around relevant audiences

Ideate & drive engaging and conversational campaigns to further strategic objectives of the company

Increase engagement on company channels

Understand brand dynamics and needs - strategize and execute accordingly

Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role

Bachelors / Masters degree from a reputable institute
