Position overview Actively engage with Quixel customers to provide solutions, direction, and assist with general troubleshooting.
You will be responsible for resolving customer issues reported through our support channels including website, email, online forums and Discord.
Respond to support requests via multiple channels and follow documented processes
Relay unresolved issues to senior team members as required
Research, verify, and document product defects
Actively handle personal backlog of support requests
Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on progress
Remain informed on development efforts and improvements across Quixel products
Assist in the fundamental development and maintenance of our internal / external knowledge base
Influence product management and product development to make improvements
Experience with 3D modelling tools like 3ds Max, Maya, Houdini, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc. or game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity
Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Additional languages are a plus
