Position is based in Lahore, Pakistan and is responsible for supporting customers in Punjab region. Bullet points on responsibility

  • Responsible for planning and achieving order income target for DI Portfolio.
  • Carrying out sales process activities of Digital Industries portfolios (Factory Automation, Process Automation, Control Products , Motion Control in Punjab region)
  • Manage effectively the channel partner relationship for DI Portfolio.
  • Ensuring compliance to business conduct guidelines and policies in the day to day activities
  • Planning and carrying out business development activities
  • Coordinating with the customers during the sales process
  • Processing of the received orders, preparing complete sales documents for the customers and preparation of performance reports
  • Ensuring optimal level of customer retention / satisfaction in the region and simultaneously steadily expanding customer base in the region
  • Encouraging customers to provide feedback via random check callbacks and surveys such as NPS and ensuring that necessary timely action is taken to rectify any highlighted issue
  • Cultivate customer connect, build and maintain long term relationships with existing and new customers. Support them by creating a value proposition in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products
  • Actively participate in the selling process, attend techno-commercial discussions and negotiates proposals with customer in cooperation with other involved team members.

  • Manage a team of sales engineers,provide leadership, guidance and empowerment so that they work as a result orientated and well motivated team.
  • Monitor individual performance regularly, identify gaps, suggest appropriate improvement measures and enable competency development for them to be more effective

  • Act as a voice of customer & channel partner & collaborate internally for timely closure of complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Your Qualifications And Skills Digital And Solid! Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronic engineering or equivalent.

    B.E Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in the field of Motors, Drives and Automation. Exposure to the business development function is also required.

  • Extremely well-developed proficiency in the area of customer relationship & management as well as in the area of selling & negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Siemens automations, Motors and Drives systems selection and configuration
  • Very high level of competency in the area of channel partner management as well as in depth knowledge of the channel policy & sales policy.
  • Well honed leadership skills in order to be able to manage diverse team
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Adequate proficiency on MS office and standard CRM tools What else do you need to know?
