profit entity. We currently have $16 million in committed investments in Pakistan and an additional pipeline of investments currently in various stages of due diligence.
The office is staffed with a full-time team of professionals with prior backgrounds in social enterprise, corporate and investment banking, and business and strategy consulting.
We have a strong Advisory Board and partner community consisting of senior business leaders. The Pakistan team is supported by Acumen's global portfolio team as well as business and development professionals in Pakistan who provide investment management advice through the year.
About the role The Portfolio Associate will be an integral member of the Acumen portfolio team reporting to the Country Director, and will be working closely with portfolio team members to develop and manage Acumen’s investment portfolio in Pakistan.
The Associate will also work with other members of Acumen’s portfolio team to identify, analyze and structure prospective investments as well as facilitate / provide ongoing management and technical assistance for existing investments in Pakistan.
Additionally, the Associate will work with other team members to develop and ensure the implementation of core portfolio processes.
Monitor performance of existing investments on a monthly and quarterly basis and prepare performance reports for senior portfolio team and Management.
