LOCATION : Lahore / KarachiQUALIFICATION : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from HEC recognized university.EXPERIENCE : 1-3 years of experience in Service Quality (Preferably in Bank and in a role involving data analysis)DESIRED SKILLS : - Ensure timely development of Internal Service Measures.

  • Ensure and support Head Service Quality in devising conduct assessment framework (CAF) in reference to Grievance Handling.
  • Ensure effective implementation of FTC within the bank.- Ensure the stability and consistency in the service level by managing and tracking the service performance of service partners as per Service legal Agreements.
  • Ensure continuous efforts to improve the service delivery channels so that the efficiency and effectiveness can be maximized.
  • Ensure process improvements on the required areas and develop new process, where the documented process is not present.
  • Must have strong MIS management skills / dashboard reporting and have hands-on experience / expertise in data analytics.
