Sales Support Rep is responsible for checking stock, satisfying purchase requests, releasing and tracking orders, and ensuring excellent and proactive customer service for our Retail Dealers.

  • Manages time to meet company standards for phone statistics to serve positive customer interaction (balancing multiple projects, tasks, phone coverage, responsibilities and assignments)
  • Ensure customer orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner (24 hours) with carry through to completion
  • Oversee the delivery creation for expedites and will call orders
  • Excellent and proactive customer service skills including : email etiquette, phone professionalism, and interdepartmental communication
  • Verify and execute order changes and cancellations received from dealers
  • Fully responsible for maintaining all accounts assigned (including open order reports, back order reports, as well as follow up on unshipped orders)
  • Verify and apply special discount or promotional prices to orders
  • Investigate and resolve issues concerning credit note discrepancies that include pricing or special discounts
  • Provide the stock availability and information relating to plant production schedule through collaboration with demand planning
  • Partnering with sales representatives to respond to their day-to-day requests
  • Verify and edit shipments if dealer does not need all product
  • Maintaining positive relationships with Logistics and carriers.
  • Running and maintaining EDI workflow
  • Peer to Peer trainings on an as needed basis
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Your profile

  • Some college coursework required
  • 3-5 Years related experience preferred
  • High level of positive interpersonal skills
  • Highly detail oriented and good analytical abilities
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Language skills : English
  • Mathematical skills : High School level
  • Reasoning Ability : ability to make decisions and operate within a high call volume, and fast paced and high pressure environment
  • SAP navigation and use experience
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word
