Develop a complete understanding of existing JazzCash portfolio and the future ambitions and strategic direction.-Liaison and build connections with key stakeholders in different departments and outside organizations.
Within 60 days you will : -Develop an end to end go to market plan for JazzCash app focusing both on customer acquisition and engagement.
Develop & maintain promotion calendar for integrated marketing campaigns-Focus on experimentation and A / B testing to drive optimal strategies-
Develop & lead integrated marketing campaigns for execution Within 90 days you will : -Carry out a usability testing to map the customer journeys and implement the learnings in the product development to improve the overall customer experience.
A bit about you : You need to be passionate and aware of the technology space and fintech eco system with an up to date knowledge of national initiatives.
You should be an expert in brand management, fintech development, digital services, social media marketing & listening, PR, activations, content creation, team leadership and stakeholder management You need to have strong interpersonal skills as you will be collaborating with multiple teams and be willing to adapt according to the evolving digital landscapes.
You should have a focus on customer experience and be proficient at customer journey mapping.You need to be adept at growth hacking using innovative methods while being able to architect and implement a framework for prioritizing between multiple acquisition & engagement strategies.
on experience of Digital Analytics tools·Hands-on experience of Digital Media Buying tools A Bit About Us : Mobile Account team is responsible for end to end Mobile Account product development, Customer acquisition and retention both for conventional and App channels.
Mobile Account team is also looking after the retail payments, microlending and savings products. The structure of the team you will join is : ·A 10 member team (including the department head) The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are : ·To maintain the market leadership in Wallet business both in terms of subscribers base and revenue·Scale and grow retail payments, digital lending and JazzCash App portfolio.
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional / regional / within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external teams : Bank teams, Brands team and Digital marketing team, Creative Agency, Media Agency, Sales team and technical team and App Vendor.
Exceptional delivery in all required ambitions The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Growth of 30 Day Mobile Account Active baseEnsure speedy delivery of JazzCash App and scale up of JazzCash App active base.
