Your Responsibilities : Job Purpose
Provide leadership and direction to the Production in order to achieve the assigned production quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Assure Compliance with GMP, EHS policies and regulatory.
Assure effective and productive organization structure and administrative decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure that the Production / Packaging is aligned with the site and GMS Mission.
Develops Packaging goals, aligned with those of the site and GMS.
Ensures the smooth functioning of Packaging area by monitoring the execution of daily, weekly & monthly plans and product deliveries to the customers as per commitment.
Closely monitor the Packaging output against agreed plan to avoid stock outs, daily in the morning and weekly with all stake holders.
Ensure the Packaging related consumables are available.
Provide directions to the department in matters related to customer service, Packaging planning, cGMP, EHS & other productivity initiatives.
Develops people in technical, administrative and interpersonal skills. Provides for leadership development and diversity.
Coordinate and execute training programs in coordination with Quality, EHS and HR departments to assure that all employees working in Lactam are competent enough to follow the updated management, EHS & Quality standards.
To assure the compliance with policies, procedures and other regulatory matters related to HR, cGMP, Environmental Health and Safety.
To facilitate preparation of SOPs, BPRs and work instructions to ensure compliance with cGMP’s, internal control, GMS policies and business rules.
To provide direction and creating an environment that encourages the staff for positive and productive change and continuous improvement and later on motivating them by appreciation and recognition.
Builds alignment with all the departments for a seamless cross functional team and serves as liaison with internal customers and suppliers.
Ensure customer service related to product supply.
Implement EHS ideas and resolve EHS issues and observations to clarify key concerns and facilitate decision-making.
Communicates with peers and management across the company to transfer / get information that supports and promotes effective Production, GMP & EHS compliance.
To manage effective and successful manufacturing / packaging of new products.
Effectively implement GPS in manufacturing / packaging department.
Embed OE culture in manufacturing / packaging department.
Identify, develop and implement improvement / Operational Excellence (OE) projects to generate cost savings.
Involve in investigations into incidents and ensure root cause is identified
Ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented
Basic qualifications : Pharm D / M Phil
Pharm D / M Phil
Preferred qualifications :
