Position Summary

Support Marketing teams in planning, managing and execution of on ground Brand Activations in line with Brand Promise and as per agreed standards.

A day in the life of...

  • Be an integral part of ICP (Integrated Commercial Planning) to better understand business rationales and add value in the management of on ground Brand Activations
  • Monitor and analyze on-going activations to identify opportunities and issues to help brands refine activations & formulate future strategies
  • Ensure achievement of individual brand activation targets for all BTL activities. Manage and Supervise each brand activation to drive consumer pull and loyalty
  • Play key role in hiring, training and development of third part Brand Ambassadors to ensure high quality of Brand representation
  • Laisse with Brand and Media Procurement Teams for Activation ideas finalization, agency selection and benchmarking performance for future assignment of projects and building long-term partnerships
  • Support Media and Activations Manager in Media Activation Projects and Media Training / Review sessions
  • Track competitors' activations, draw inspirations and learn from others' experiences
  • What will make you successful

  • Bachelors / MBA degree in marketing / sales or any business related field
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales or CCSD, involved in planning and execution of consumer contact activities in FMCG company
