We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated Assistant Manager - Total Rewards & Policies for our People & Organization team.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the Rewards function in achieving their objectives.
  • To assist in the strategic development of policies & procedures and execute & implement those policies in an effective manner.
  • Analyze components of the remuneration in the organization and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Carry out thorough market research on policies, procedure, market plans & rends.
  • To compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses
  • To design & develop monthly reports and recommendations based on market research and in-depth analysis for leadership team.
  • To Prepare variety of analysis on people metrics, reporting
  • To manage confidential records and documents.
  • Assist in manpower budgeting, planning, and controlling in coordination with finance departments.
  • Assist in running the mid-year and annual performance review processes for the entire organization.
  • Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
  • Ensuring company is compliant with state and federal laws.
  • Requirements :

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience with a Bachelors / Masters in similar field
  • Clear and meaningful communication skills
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Process-oriented and data-driven
  • Knowledge of HR trends, developments, and best practices
  • Knowledge of HR laws, Government policies and industrial relations
