As a Training Associate day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Conducting trainings of new merchants onboarded onto careem food delivery platform along with re-trainings
Planning, reporting and coordinating the training schedule
Leading a team of people to ensure trainings are conducted timely with focus on quality
Auditing merchant trainings and conducting training NPS activity
Initiate new processes within the training department
Establishing good merchant relations
Planning and prioritizing tablet deployment amongst merchants
Supporting cross functional teams in resolving merchant issues
Managing tablet inventory
About you :
Successfully completed Bachelors / Masters degree
At least 1 year experience
Experience in data analytics
Experience with conducting trainings
Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with cross functional teams
Can do, will do attitude and be able to think in a unique way to contribute creatively towards building a solid business pipeline and driving sustainable business.
Good communicator and excellent at driving solutions in line with industry and local market trends.
