Accountabilities :

  • Update L&D policy, process, and communicate to LHR to ensure compliance in execution
  • Consolidate training needs from all functions and propose training agenda for Pakistan CU
  • Implement, cascade training programs as guideline from region / CU to LHR and keep track of implementation at locations to ensure training is delivered as plan
  • Design, cascade, implement local training programs (internal & external) to ensure training is delivered with quality as agenda
  • Facilitate PepsiCo standard training program as relevant
  • Control and manage Leadership training budget to ensure effective use
  • Develop L&D Scorecard and Keep track on the progress and report to HRD and leadership team on a timely basis
  • Ensure quality implementation and communication of people core processes and standards that support to drive a high performance culture in Pakistan CU.
  • Responsible for implementation, data analysis, report generation of assigned core processes including but not limit to PMP, PPP, 360, PEPL, MQPI, etc.
  • Assist in delivering training of global Performance Management Process to employees and managers to ensure their understanding of the process.
  • Maintain core process systems and ensure good data quality.
  • Ensure an effective process and local communication for high quality career discussions and support Love Careers initiatives rollout Pakistan CU.
  • Support other talent assessment and development programs based on local business needs.
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Requirements / Competencies :

  • Bachelor Degree in related field
  • At least 5 years of experiences in HR functions
  • Able to assess organizational capability needs and provide learning tools and programs that build workforce capability
  • Experience of delivery of programs which increase job readiness and promote career development, productivity and individual / team performance
  • Outstanding Facilitator and trainer
  • Ability to diagnose Root Causes of problems and identify ways of finding solutions to needs without always resorting to a training solution
  • Ability to give feedback, coach and build capability
  • Relocation Eligible : Eligible for Limited Relocation
