rounded sales professional to join us for an Account Manager role to be focused on PTCL and UFONE. Role & Responsibilities In this Account Manager role You will have to : · Develop and execute annual plans and sales strategies and tactics that maximize Cisco opportunity within the Telco Service Provider customer environment.

Define, communicate and implement the Go to Market strategy for allocated Customers - ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.

  • Direct Customer contact comprises a major portion of this role. · You will have to build CxO relationships within Client base -
  • articulate Cisco product and business strategies, create the demand and lead Customer discussions to advance the sales process.

  • Focus on Client relationship management and Customer satisfaction within the account. · Present highly complex solutions anticipating key issues and preparing business cases accordingly.
  • May devise new and or alternative selling strategies to handle key complex accounts. · Create new solutions / perspectives on existing solutions to address the most complex problems -

    Cisco unique selling proposition. · Collaborate with the Systems Engineers and Systems Engineering Manager on daily basis designing the top solutions for our Customers.

  • Negotiate large complex contracts. · Along with account planning in this position you will be responsible for accurate forecasting.
  • You will have to develop and deliver accurate revenue forecasts in line with business objectives. Interact with other Cisco teams (Advanced Services, Cisco Capital, Verticals), to effectively leverage the Cisco value proposition · Plan specific sales activities including milestones and actions.
  • Create networks internally and externally within and outside own sales area. Minimum Qualifications · Proven track record of sales results in complex environment, selling to big Telco Service Provider Customers.
  • Cisco product and solutions knowledge and experience is preferred but not a must. · Strong business acumen. · Creative approach towards the designated tasks.
  • Comfortable at all levels of the organization. · Sales hunter skills. · Passion for IT and sales. Desired Skills · Understanding of Telco Service Provider Customer needs and ability to research Client environment to identify the right solutions.
  • Exceptional selling skills in a complex matrix environment. · Outstanding negotiation skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Influencing skills at all levels from the board room level to the buyer. · Ability to position himself / herself to the way to be perceived as Trusted Advisor (well-
  • rounded Business Partner). · Executive level relationship management skills. · Demonstrates effective use of internal relationships and resources.
