YPay Financial Services (Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a Sales Associate for a remote first position. An Associate position at YPay can lead to executive positions, based on the candidate’s performance and professional attitude.

Compensation and bonuses will be performance based. About YPay YPay Financial Services (Pvt. Ltd.) is Pakistan’s regulated Investec startup with SECP license.

Our app enables the people of Pakistan to invest digitally in mutual funds. YPay is a suite of software, which aids in managing investments.

It is a youth-centric digital savings and investment platform for Pakistan which gives individuals access to mutual funds digitally along with smart financial tools.

YPay makes your idle money work for you, giving you long-term profits. We provide the ability to invest in multiple partner AMCs to ensure minimum risks and suitable returns.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Develop new effective and constructive sales strategies.
  • Create, pitch and periodically update sales presentations and proposals.
  • Gather feedback from users or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Collaborating with the management to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Organize, track and maintain a record of all communications with prospective and / or active customers.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Requirements :

  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and being a team player.
  • Knowledge of G-Suite and excellent command on Microsoft Office.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the financial field, preferably Investment / Mutual Fund Industry.
