About the Role :

As a sales manager on the SMB Expansion team, you will drive growth of our existing SMB customer base. You’ll lead a team of 10 Account Executives focused on driving strategic engagement and upsell opportunities with existing accounts, while focusing on reducing churn.

You’ll manage and coach high-performing individuals, helping them deliver on monthly and quarterly targets, while rolling up your sleeves to work directly with the team and our customers when needed.

We are looking for a proven sales manager with experience leading teams calling into US customers or someone with a strong background in management consulting for US-based companies.

What You’ll Do :

  • Create a strong, positive team culture focused on teamwork and empathy
  • Lead, motivate and support team members to achieve and exceed their monthly and quarterly targets
  • Act as a product expert and resource to team members when they have product and pricing-related questions
  • Measure sales KPIs and coach AEs on best practices, ensuring they adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls / emails per day and attending customer meetings on time
  • Perform quarterly performance reviews and hold weekly 1 : 1 meetings with team
  • Critically solve problems related to process, pricing and assigned ad-hoc projects
  • Regularly review customer calls and emails to confirm AEs are offering a world-class customer experience
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience leading an inside SMB sales team focused on US customers (both email and phone) we will also consider someone with a strong Management Consulting background.
  • Consistent results of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment that requires initiative, autonomy and the ability to embrace change
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to effectively prioritize and own a variety of highly strategic and impactful initiatives
