About the Role :
As a sales manager on the SMB Expansion team, you will drive growth of our existing SMB customer base. You’ll lead a team of 10 Account Executives focused on driving strategic engagement and upsell opportunities with existing accounts, while focusing on reducing churn.
You’ll manage and coach high-performing individuals, helping them deliver on monthly and quarterly targets, while rolling up your sleeves to work directly with the team and our customers when needed.
We are looking for a proven sales manager with experience leading teams calling into US customers or someone with a strong background in management consulting for US-based companies.
