Assuming leadership for R&D Pakistan, ensuring the NR protection, GM Expansion, NR Growth projects implementation at local level.
Collaboration with local commercial organizations in relation to consumer complaints, quality issues, competitor challenges and legal / regulatory inquiries concerning technical matters relating to products marketed within the region.
Developing and implementing policies and standard procedures as part of QMS compliance.
Collaboration with Supply function regarding technology and product expertise, for production start-up, quality improvements and cost savings projects
Responsible for personnel recruitment, their day to day management and direct responsibility for their motivation, personal development and career growth.
Maintaining good communication as part of R&D organization and across functions to accomplish business objectives.
Working with the Category R&D teams to deliver innovation and roll-out projects for the Hygiene brands in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
