For our HR Department, we are currently looking for an HR Manager. Are you the passionate and ambitious professional we are looking for?
This role is a true generalist HR role and requires someone with strong knowledge and experience of all relevant functions as well as a high level of organizational skills, accuracy and attention to details.
This role is key to supporting and delivering the business strategy and the role holder must demonstrate the attitude and mindset to deliver strong HR business partnership.
To collaborate with the business + key specialist functions to design and implement HR roadmap to support delivery of key performance indicators
To coach / advise managers on effective management of performance in liaison with specialists as required
To oversee the organizational development process to address issues of organizational design, succession planning, workforce development, employee retention and change management
To work with cluster and branch HR team to ensure that all HR Information systems are fully utilized and maintained
To ensure that best practice talent sourcing methods are used to secure the right candidates
To oversee the annual salary increment + bonus round under the guidance of relevant specialists
To create and implement a learning and development program in conjunction with relevant specialists that addresses employee needs in accordance with business requirements
To ensure compliance with all employment practices, policies and legislation
To ensure performance management processes are fully implemented including SMART targets, quality performance reviews, calibration, succession panels and performance improvement measures as required up to and including disciplinary measures
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent ( Masters Degree will be preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Ability to converse in English fluently
Good knowledge of Pakistan labor and social law;
Sound knowledge in all HR disciplines including employment legislation
Able to translate business and HR strategy into practical solutions
Talent Resourcing and Management tools and methodologies
