Develop business by inducting new business partners as per the yearly agreed targets.
Equip, brand and merchandize dealers as per Company guidelines to achieve uniform and standardized outlook.
Timely collection of payments from the dealers to ensure that company cash flows are well maintained and managed.
Coordinate with marketing department to successfully execute company branding activities.
Achieve customer satisfaction (dealer & consumer) by close liaison through the sales team.
Lead, develop, motivate and organize Retail sales team by setting clear targets and framework, coaching, supporting, following-
up and monitoring employee performance.
College / University, Bachelor's degree

BBA / MBA Marketing with 4-6 years experience in a managerial role in a relevant field.
