The role of the Research Executive is to provide different support functions to the rest of the team. The position will involve the day to day running of projects which will range from ensuring that timelines are adhered to, to data checking, working on questionnaires, checking scripts, charting and writing decks with senior supervision.
A self-starter, who grabs all learning opportunities by the horns.
Gain a thorough knowledge of how data is processed and ability to check data and pick up errors without senior supervision.
Ability to check a script and provide feedback to scripters until the script is ready for senior review.
Thorough and correct charting (or the checking of charting) to ensure that writing of presentations can continue without any doubts about data integrity.
Start providing insights into the data that they work on and pulling out those data points that could be used in formulating the story.
1-2 years relevant research, brand, media or communications experience with direct involvement in analysis of research or interpretation of data sources
Educated to a degree level, preferably in marketing or business
Attention to detail
Self-starter who can manage their team’s timelines (includes upwards)
An understanding of how data tables work
An understanding of questionnaire design and how that translates into data
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
