  • Purpose and Scope of the Job :

    Visit all the outlets on the given route and generate sales orders besides doing merchandizing and other market place execution activities at outlets.

    Major responsibilities :

  • Achievement of Periodic Targets / Objectives of Sales and SKUs Availability of assigned area.
  • Discounts / promo Rationalization / Communication in the market
  • Proper execution 7 steps of Planned Sales Call at each outlet to ensure the attainment Sales & Merchandising objectives.
  • Maintain Customer relationship through better service
  • Recommending Glass / Shell / Liquid Credit to Trade when and where it is essential.
  • Facilitating recovery of glass / shell and AR from market
  • Recommending for product wastage / MT breakage lifting from market
  • Effective, accurate and timely coordination and communication with MDO and Deliverymen
  • Form and Depth of Communication
  • Please identify key internal and external customers, nature and purpose of interaction

  • Sales Coordination Officer : Issuance and return of HHT device / generate invoices as per customer orders.
  • MDO : Report market updates and competition activities.
  • Deliverymen : Ensure timely delivery of products and collection of cash from customers

  • Qualifications / Competencies
  • Please give information about minimum expected requirements about the job


  • 2-5 years sales & or Pre-selling experience in Beverages or FMCGs for graduate candidate
  • 4-7 years sales & or Pre-selling experience in Beverages or FMCGs for Inter or equivalent candidate
  • Preferred :

  • Core Sales experience in a fast moving consumer goods company (returnable bottling beverage business experience preferred).
  • Education (You can check more than one)

  • B.A / Intermediate
  • Foreign Language (English Level)
