Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Deliver International Accounts Sales targets, display and product listing as per plan in Central & North territories.
  • Negotiate and trade terms and promotion plan with accounts in line with annual contract numbers
  • Achieve leading position in category in all International accounts.
  • Implement global winning POB initiatives
  • Develop Trade Marketing tools, merchandising materials and in-store programs for effective shelf management to induce shoppers to purchase company’s products at shelf.
  • Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required (a) Knowledge including : education, qualifications and training

  • MBA in Sales or Marketing
  • b) Skills

  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • Collaborative can work effectively with field sales management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • c) Experience

  • 2 3 years experience in similar position preferably in the food sector.
