Job Description :
1.Oversee the Leaf Division Labour Relations practices and processes, establish and maintain healthy relations with Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA), Trade unions, government departments and other stakeholders.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws.2.Provide support in the rollout of factory based HR programs in conjunction with the HR Operations Business Partner 3.
Contribute to the development and interpretation of the factory's labour relations processes and guidelines.
Provide on-going advice and guidance to the factory management and workers as required and establish positive and constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including CBA and other unions, and local government departments and authorities.
4.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws, CBA and trends, local market conditions and workers benefits programs and identify any emerging risks or opportunities.
Under the guidance of the Labour Relations Manager and the Law department, represent the Company in court appearances and hearings.
7.Participate in various factory-level works councils or joint committees and contribute to the development of initiatives and solutions that are consistent with the CBA agreements and the Company direction8.
Handle workers disciplinary issues as per Labour Law. Education :
Experience in Law will be preferred.
