SERVICE MANAGEMENT SESSIONS :
Responsible to manage sessions / meetings / presentations with Central Bank Teams, Collect expectations to technology & manage them.
Conduct Service Review with Regional Teams and socialize the new / change of Central Bank regulations and arrange to implement as per provided timelines.
MONITORING OF GOVERNANCE PACK :
Responsible to review the Governance Pack and highlight the current requirements raised by Central Bank.
Responsible to extract data of Incidents, Requests, Changes, Privilege Id withdrawals etc, on a periodic basis in order to ensure that implementation and access management are doing only by authorized users / teams / groups for Pakistan.
Monitoring of all SLAs and ensure that all SLAs are covered the regulations provided by Central Bank.
Monitoring of Service Reviews being conducted as per the frequency define in the applications SLA.
Responsible to ensure that any new application must have the basis pre-requisites in place including, Central Bank Approval.STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION :
Responsible for sending Communications on all relevant stakeholders related to any new / amendment of Central Bank regulations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities DATA & ACCESS MANAGEMENT GOVERNANCE OF REGIONAL TEAMS :
Responsible to ensure that Data Access management been done only by Authorized users / groups / teams.
Responsible for all production data extract for testing purpose, must have country BO and Compliance approvals in place.
Responsible to review all production changes where customers cards systems are having any outage so ensure that it must be communicated to Central Bank 2 weeks prior to the change implementation.SERVICE LEVEL MANAGEMENT
Responsible of timely renewal of MSA (Master Service Agreement) and also initiate changes proposed by stakeholders.
Responsible 100% implementation of MSA in all areas.GOVERNANCE OF ITAM (INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ASSET MANAGEMENT)
Responsible to reconcile the list of applications and their contents available in ITAM and perform necessary cleanup on periodic basis.
