Position Objective :
To carry out processing, execution of customer’s transactions and instructions related to Cash. The objectives of this position are to ensure all regulatory and compliance regulations related to Cash are followed and create synergies and quality of work through process improvement.
Key / Primary Responsibilities :
The main objective of this position is to make sure that Operational Processes related to Funds Transfer are strictly adhered without compromising on controls with quality and accuracy in order to meet the overall objective of the organization and achieve customer satisfaction.
To support colleagues and business for new initiatives, developments and explore the opportunities to improve process and quality of work.
To ensure smooth functioning of the products supported by unit.
Ensure close coordination with other units and front office for implementation, delivery of new and existing products.
Ensure adherence to Institutional and Regulatory policies and procedures and achieve highest level of rating in all audits conducted by local and IA teams.
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction which is Top Priority
Develop strong back up for Funds Transfer Desk.
Gain knowledge of other products handled by the unit and develops as a strong backup for those products.
The main product that requires the attention is Funds Transfer Desk LCY and FCY
Experience and Skills :
Must be at least Graduate or Masters.
Previous banking experience and knowledge preferable.
Excellent command of Microsoft office (MS Excel and MSWord, Power Point etc.).
Good analytical skills.
Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written).
Capable of resolving queries and investigations forwarded by internal and external customers.
Must have initiative and capable of managing the transactions independently.
Support Unit Head in all related assignment and special projects.
To develop excellent inter-departmental relationship and team work which enables in achieving mutual goals.
