Job Description

We are seeking a Business Sales and Delivery Executive for our Design Thinking Practice. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Design Thinking and how to apply this to solve business problems and industry imperatives.

This is a client facing business development AND sales role and the successful candidate will be required to achieve significant sales of repeatable solutions in the market.

You will bring industry and domain insight and use this to provide clients with compelling reasons to act based on outcomes and value delivered.

responsibilities within the role include but are not limited to :

  • Selling Design Thinking value propositions, consulting and systems integration services
  • Designing and selling industry defining solutions
  • Operate as part of the Design Thinking practice within the Client Innovation Center
  • Fulfil a key role in the identification, development and go-to-market of new solutions, working within the IBM GBS sales processes and tools
  • Harvest assets and lessons learned for use in future solutions
