Responsible for Planning and scheduling upcoming admission dates. Preparing all necessary materials about courses information, which are offered in semester.Arranging admission test and interview Orientation session with students, facilities and carrier counseling.

  • Dealing with all enquiries from prospective students via telephone, e-mail and social media and ensuring all relevant data is captured.
  • Ensuring excellent and speedy customer service delivery.
    • Loading application data onto the system.
    • Referring any applications for consideration to the Admissions Head of Admissions.
    • Dealing with student requests to cancel, transfer and defer.
    • Processing all decision on the system regarding student applications and where applicable making sure offers are sent out promptly.
    • Requesting further information to support student applications.
    • Ensuring all scholarship students are correctly identified on the system, so they are invoiced accordingly.
    Dealing with all course specific administration.
    • Coordination between Adhoc accommodation & officer for administration & Financial arrangements
    • Regular Coordination with staff specially relevant counselors on individual case bases
    • Facilitation and accompanying clients for outdoor visits as per Adhoc guidelines
    • Facilitating & Coordinating with relevant staff in emergencies situation
    • Updating of vehicle and other records as required
    • Facilitating the services like accommodation of residents, Maintenance of accommodation premises
    • Maintaining the inventory record.
    • Supervision of check in & Check out of clients.
    Miscellaneous job related duties as and when assigned.

        • Enrolling, adding, transferring and dropping of students according to established procedures; create student cumulative folders; verify residency and immunization information.
        • Assisting in the health office as needed; provide basic first aid to ill or injured students, and make appropriate notifications to parents or guardians. Answer phones, greet and direct visitors, take and relay messages; provide routine information to students, parents or guardians.
        • Maintaining of Inventory, order and distribute office and classroom supplies as needed.
        • Assisting in supervising students sent to the office for disciplinary or other reasons.
