We resolve client concerns and requests in a timely, efficient, accurate, and professional manner while exhibiting excellent customer service, ensuring client happiness and keeping the growth of SPGMI under consideration.

You will assist with report and dashboard building
You will work closely with other sects of the Software Solutions teams to resolve client issues
You will be required to install upgrades to the application and licenses for clients
You will respond to questions that reach the Triage Application Team
You will assist updating users, groups, and security within the application
You will give mentorship to new application users and dedicatedly build great relationships with them
What We’re Looking For :
Basic Qualifications :
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and / or related field, education and experience
You have impeccable English-speaking and writing skills
You are able to convey difficult technical concepts with ease
You have the ability to tackle complex technical problems
Experience with supporting clients in a tech facing role
Knowledge of and / or experience with SQL
