Lead the Country Customer Marketing organization in implementing the service offer for the customers (Painters, Dealers, Consumers) consistent with customer marketing strategy roadmap.
Developing and implementing customer marketing strategies and plans for Shoppers, Painting Contractors, Customer Contact and Service and Direct to Consumer platforms in orders to drive achievement of country business growth and profit objectives, which are aligned to the overall country level and regional customer marketing strategy and directions.
To liaison with Head of Brand & Customer Marketing to gain volume against competitors on incremental CM basis.Job Responsibilities : -
Lead implementation of Painter Loyalty Program in Pakistan- Ensure conversion of active painters to engaged painters to help product offtake-
Develop and implement Painter Organization as per the regional guidelines and in line with local market dynamics- Develop and implement well defined and measurable KPIs for the painter organization to drive overall effectiveness of the painter program-
Supervise development and implementation of monthly painter parties and BBT across Pakistan to drive painter brand awareness and showcasing product performance-
Oversee effective management of token management system- Management of in store and on store branding including shop boards and its associated taxes-
Adaptation and implementation of regional in store branding model (Eden)- Supervising the Point of Sales Tinting (POST) network expansion, maintenance and operations-
Implementation of Mix2Win Online and One Base One Price Model (OBOP)- Coordinate with SESAME Commercial Excellence for roll out of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in Pakistan-
Implement regionally aligned KPIs to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction through CRM
Job requirements / Candidate profile
Profile : - Preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent Art / Architecture degree from a renowned university-
5-6 years of experience of relevant discipline (Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing) from a multinational or local FMCG industry-
Excellent communications and writing skills- Strong command over MS Office- Strong analytical skills
