Process Engineer Secondary Purpose of Job :
Analyze all the performance data, Initiate process improvements through task teams and track progress through key performance indicators of the department.
Ensure timely submission of all reports. Principal Accountabilities :
Initiate work organisation improvements in order to use the resources in the most effective way.
Identify sources of problems that appear during the production process and take immediate actions to ensure production process continuity.
Perform assessment analysis, measure and analyse performance parameters in accordance with the procedures and methods of analysis.
Ensure that all production data is put in the information system correctly and the required reports are made.
Analyse the results and define corrective actions if needed. Collaborate with linking areas to prevent and solve common problems.
Build teams to tackle problems related to quality, productivity etc.
Facilitate teams as co ordinator and track performance. Manage all key performance indicators data and ensure timely submission of all reports.
Ensure that all the employees under responsibilty attend to training activities based on the business needs and employee needs in order to improve the know-
how on the business Develop subordinates to enhance bench strength of the IC team.
Provide coaching and specific developmental goals for each staff. Skills and Competencies :
