CDATA Job Description Support HR for Operations team within PepsiCo Food. Covering full range of HR activities and supporting total workforce at MGF.

Permanent, Contractor, apprentices and Daily Wagers). Support HRBP operations in end to end recruitment of Operations Permanent Staff (Packaging, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Controls, Warehouse and Finished Goods) while posting job at Kenexa, doing the initial screening of resumes & coordination of all Competency Based Interviews with relevant stakeholders independently.

Lead all core HR Operations for 3rd Party Employees including alignment over Talent Acquisition, T&D, C&B, Performance Management and implement HR best practices / policies.

Lead the Apprenticeship program end to end and manage their career progression program. (30% of Crew need) Work closely with Third party contractor in recruitment of third party employees and actively monitor their payroll and overtime on monthly basis.

Support HRBP to develop and execute Employee Engagement calendar at Plant Actively Liaison with Plant leadership team in arranging monthly team talks and work on structured R&R program.

Support HRBP Operations in executing PMP cycle, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, OHS & Core Processes for Plant employees.

Develop and execute onboarding plans. Track and execute employee confirmation process within 90 days of new hire. Uphold documentation for audit purpose such as updated Org charts, JD review & Employee Files Maintain Mid-

Year and FPR documentation. Independently organize employee engagement e.g. Townhalls & Team connects. Prepare miscellaneous Presentations / Decks.

Lead employees welfare intiatives and facilitate employees on company sponsored benefits to include Hajj and Umrah packages, Annual Rewards and Dinners.

Strategize and implement short and long term actions to address, reduce and avoid welfare related operational and administrative concerns.

Lead Statutory Compliance for PepsiCo & 3rd Party Employees including Contractors Licenses, EOBI, PESSI, GLI, Education Cess, Medical / Death Claims.

Support Time Office Manager to ensure compliance on attendance, working Hours, Overtime, Leave and wages. Lead annual screening,working, auditing and disbursement of Bonuses and Workers Profit Participation Funds.

Lead biannual medical examinations of all the permanent & contracted work force and up date their records. Extend ER / IR support on way forward and affairs relating to CBA Union and its International affiliates and Biennial Agreements.

Lead 3rd Party Contractors Management including contracts, terms / deliverables, disciplinary controls and closures on all disciplinary / CoC incidents, redressal of grievances and implement PCI APAC’s Human Rights Policies / Agenda.

Liaison with Govt departments in all types of Industrial licenses, Labor disputes and implications of Govt’s labor related decisions.

Capability Building of Contractors (Third Party Due Diligence TPDD), Plant Leadership and front line on statutory compliances and disciplinary procedures to reduce / mitigate legal risks and maintain industrial peace.

Lead implemention of statutory / Human Rights controls through Human Resource Information System (HRIS), conduct fit analysis and suggest periodic improvements to suit business needs and better controls during routine operations.

  • Lead diversity agenda among 3rd party workers at plant (Male / Female / Disable Employees). Lead and introduce ER best practices and their process streamlining.
  • Support in reviewing JDs of workers / supervisors working in various areas and support Plant HODs in bridge and communicating the gaps to all stake holders.

    Identify and recommend functional smart spending and cost saving areas. Coordinate with EHS Department and lead agenda of reduced work place vioalnce and work related injuries.

    Back up Manager Time Office & Manager Employees Benefits in their absence. Qualifications / Requirements MBA preferably specialization in HR / IR / ER 6-

    8 years’ experience with sound knowledge of Human Resource practices and procedures, preferably in a manufacturing environment Expertise in Local Labor Laws and understanding of Human Rights Policies.

    Experience in Human Resource Core Areas. Experience of handling Unionized Staff / CBA, preferably in MNCs. Advance negotiating & investigation skills.

    Excellent written and oral communications skills Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information Ability to work independently and within a team Proactive in anticipating needs, prioritizing and responding to them.

    Proactively works to organize respond to needs and anticipate what is needed by the individuals for whom she / he supports.
