Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Success factors Consultant for a variety of projects. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to deliver quality solutions within brief timelines.


  • Assist client in the collection of design requirements
  • Design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
  • Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
  • Must be a good communication skills and team player. Will report to team lead and practice leader.
  • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
  • Clearly document system configuration and business processes.
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
  • Ability to configure and consult on Role Base Permissions
  • Detail oriented and documentation via Written Blueprint document style is key
  • REQUIRED SKILLS : At least 2 years’ experience

    At least 2 years’ experience

  • Must be certified in one of the module of SuccessFactors.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Knowledge of how to modify edit and work with XML or HTML
  • Prior experience in HR Organizational Development or similar HR functional experience
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
