We are seeking a Junior Success factors Consultant for a variety of projects. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to deliver quality solutions within brief timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist client in the collection of design requirements
Design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
Understand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
Must be a good communication skills and team player. Will report to team lead and practice leader.
Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
Clearly document system configuration and business processes.
Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support.
Ability to configure and consult on Role Base Permissions
Detail oriented and documentation via Written Blueprint document style is key
REQUIRED SKILLS : At least 2 years’ experience
At least 2 years’ experience
Must be certified in one of the module of SuccessFactors.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of how to modify edit and work with XML or HTML
Prior experience in HR Organizational Development or similar HR functional experience
Experience leading and managing teams
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal.
Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must
