The British Council is recruiting for a Communications Manager to manage internal and external communications for the global / regional Procurement team, including the creation and management of the internal communications and engagement strategy.
Currently we are transforming the way we carry out Procurement across the British Council. A Centre Led structure using a thin layer of Global management with regional operational centers is being established.
The Procurement team therefore requires a dedicated resource to manage it’s BAU communications and communication during the transformative phase.

We are therefore looking for a talented individual with prior experience of managing communications for a project, programme or department.
Experience in or an understanding of the Procurement function would be an added advantage.
