Job Description

  • To support in preparing & dispatch of samples to the Regional labs / suppliers & facilitate 3rd party labs for timely submission of samples & reports on need basis for complete portfolio including working initiated for Doritos
  • Manage all in-coming couriers for R&D Snacks under all categories such as PC, NPC and Doritos and make sure concern person receives in time.
  • Manage samples related to PKS Co-Man Bunny’s
  • Manage the GM Snacks & R&D lead calendar and coordinate internal & external meetings.
  • Manage Travel, Visa, Boarding & Lodging arrangements for R&D function and GM.
  • R&D Budget planning and reporting :

  • T&E budget Tracking for R&D and report sharing in line with smart spend guidelines.
  • R&D budget management in addition to raise PR / PO’s & GRN’s in liaison with finance department on monthly basis.
  • R&D monthly budget tracking particularly for courier
  • Collaborate with cross functional managers and Admins in keeping follow up for different tasks.
  • Assistance in the preparation of business presentations
  • Data analysis, compilation and result sharing

  • Support GM snacks on additional reports & data analysis as required for strategic business decisions.
  • Conduct end to end execution of in-house Sensory Tests for R&D team, with super taster, compile results and share with team for decisions & way forward.
  • Provide support to supervise & execute different projects, product / packaging trials & budget tracking for trial cost, material cost & courier cost.
  • Coordinate independently consumer research including sample arrangement, result compilation with close coordination with Agency.
  • Compile decks for SLT connects & GM Snacks
  • In-house and Suppliers Strong Collaboration

  • The role requires strong cross functional collaboration with Operations, Purchase, Planning, Marketing, and Supply chain teams in Pakistan, while establishing trust in fulfillment of tasks associated in timely manner.
  • The role also deeply involves close collaboration with outside Suppliers such as Flavour Houses to make sure samples are received and if anything is required from our side is supplied in time
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    Knowledge / Skill

    Graduate / Masters with superior Excel and Power point skills.

    Experience.

    3-4 years of relevant experience.
