About the Role : The Account Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your operation skills and abilities in order to sustain existing clients and achieve client success.

Who are we looking for? Someone who is natural at management and knows what are appealing local products for worldwide export and enjoys negotiating to build the best partnerships.

Your primary focus will be identifying most promising clients with great products, and you’ll use your operational skills and leadership to set up our relationship with these clients for their success.

What You’ll Do : As an Account Manager, you will be in-charge of developing sellers end of Alibaba.com platform in specific areas and / or cities, both on the top-

line (clients growth and retention) and bottom line (clients' GMV or orders on Alibaba.com). You’ll have to drive business performance for the existing clients in your Area.

You will be able to segment clients and identify key accounts to continue enriching the product selection already available on Alibaba.

    Job requirements

    What You’ll Need : 5+ years professional experience of account management for e-Commerce platform (B2B preferred), user operation or CRM.

    Genuine curiosity about people, businesses and a passion for B2B products, insight into user psychology, user experience analysis, user data analysis, etc.

    Strong quantitative ability (excellent Excel and SQL preferred) and capability of reasonable business decision making. Leadership / management experience of team or out-

Extraordinary listening, communication and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail Coachable, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to improve your craft An infectiously positive attitude and inner drive to win;
