Within the medical affairs team, the position will work closely with the Medical Manager and be responsible for the quality outputs that the brand team engages on.
Therapeutic Area Expertise
Maintain a strong disease state knowledge in areas supporting the portfolio / compound responsibilities.
Achieve and demonstrate a high level of comfort in discussing landmark trials and effectively communicating medical knowledge with all stakeholders.
Support development of agenda, scientific content and advice on selection of speakers including speaker briefs to enable high quality scientific education programs for the brand.
Clinical Trial Programs
Facilitate IST requests in areas supporting the portfolio / compound responsibilities.
Identify potential sites and investigators for Sanofi trials working closely with the Medical Manager, CSU and Brand Team.
Support Medical Manager in the development of local Research Medical Programs and Clinical Studies.
At all times ensure consistency with voluntary and compulsory codes of conduct, appropriate legislations and compliance with internal SOPs.
Brand Team Partnership
Actively lead the strategic and tactical based medical strategies across the area of responsibilities, ensuring alignment and involvement of the relevant internal stakeholders.
Engage external stakeholders in formulary, policy or protocol review procedures as relevant to the audience which includes defining the brief / scope, performing relevant literature reviews, leading the communication and follow up of these reviews within the brand team set project timelines.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of common questions from HCPs where there is an understood need for information as determined by the Medical manager and brand team.
Develop and foster excellent relationships with KOLs.
Ensure strong organisational contact with KOLs through establishment of a KOL plan and subsequent management. Lead the development and implementation of the KOL strategy, in conjunction with the cross functional brand team.
Requirements : Education :
Degree in Medical Sciences (MBBS / BDS) or Pharmacy
At least 2 years experience in relevant field
